Melstar – A Brief History

1986: Established as a technology company.
1994: Set up a US subsidiary, Melstar Inc. Formed a strategic partnership with IBM as a National Distributor for India.
1999: Signed a Joint Software Development agreement with IBM in Bangalore. Established three new software facilities. Pioneered the Global Delivery Model.
2000: Successfully listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
2001-2007: Achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification. Assessed at SEI-CMM Level III. Recognized by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as one of the 250 fastest-growing companies in Asia.
2009: Melstar became a part of the Yash Birla Group.
2023-24: Acquired by Shivasons Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. Legacy Continues…
